Membership is open to all adults who are interested in participating in the efforts of the organization to raise money to financially assist health care needs. Members are expected to attend the general meetings which are held 4 times a year, to pay yearly dues of $20, and are asked to participate in Alliance activities of their choice, or to contribute ideas for the success of the organization.
